Staff stories and welcomes
We are delighted to welcome William Winzar to the Universal team as a Marina Operative. With a background in training as a Deck Officer in the Merchant Navy and hands-on experience in the private and commercial boating sectors, Will brings a strong customer service ethic and boat handling experience to our team.
We also welcome back Ellen Pritchard from maternity leave for her second child, James.
Creating a multi-skilled team, Andy Whillier and Matthew Humphries have both recently passed their B2 forklift training, providing us with extra support for our busy dry stack operations.
You said, we did!
Following your feedback, we have been working on several projects to make improvements around the marina including installing additional security fencing behind the dry stack, deep cleaning all the facilities blocks, pressure washing the pontoons and felling the end-of-life and weather damaged trees at the marina entrance on Crableck Lane.
