Expect friendly frights and enchanting entertainment at The Waterfront this October Half Term for a fun-filled family day out.
Pop-up Artisan Market
It’s all treats and no tricks at our pop-up artisan market, open both days on the weekend 29th - 30th October from 9am to 2pm. Celebrating the best of local business, our markets are the perfect opportunity to indulge in delicious, locally made treats from small businesses around Eastbourne and explore an incredible variety of food, drink and other products.
The Rotary Club of Sovereign Harbour will be selling pumpkins from Friday to Sunday between 11am to 3pm, so why not buy your pumpkin at their stall and know you are contributing to a great cause.
Spooky Entertainment
On Friday and Sunday, look out for Theodora Trinket the friendly witch; her delightful charm and stunning glittery costumes will dazzle everyone she casts her magical spells on.
She will be performing by the restaurants at the following times:
11:00 – 11:25
12:00 – 12:25
13:30 – 13:55
14:30 – 14:55
Ghost Trail around the Harbour
Take part in our ghoulish Ghost Trail around the harbour to find 10 friendly ghosts and a secret spooky spider.
Discover all of the hidden ghosts and take a picture of our secret spider to show the team at Planet Golf to explore the wonders of the space-themed mini golf course and get into the spooky spirit with free glow-in-the-dark bands and lollipops for children to enjoy.
The ghost trail is a great way for children to let off steam in the fresh air, enjoy a meal with the family and with the added bonus of free parking every day!
Pumpkin Painting Competition
Pumpkins are on full display come Halloween and if you’re looking to switch things up this year, why not paint your pumpkins to show off your creativity! It’s the perfect project for the whole family and painted pumpkins last much longer than carved pumpkins so you can continue the fun for longer!
Buy a pumpkin from our stall (Friday - Sunday) and enter our free online Halloween ‘Paint Your Pumpkin’ competition to win a £40 voucher to spend at Planet Golf.
