New Luxury Facilities Now Open To Berth Holders
Southsea Marina is pleased to announce that the refurbishment of the berth holder toilet and shower facilities at the marina is complete and now open to berth holders and visitors.
The £280k refurbishment has updated the overall look and feel of the facilities to a standard similar to those at Swanwick and Port Solent. The redevelopment includes seven modern cubicles, better heating and ventilation, as well as a family room and provision for the disabled. The project has also reconfigured the access point to the Bombay Marine Bar with an external staircase installed for direct entrance to the bar. Access to the new facilities is via fob key only.
Rupert Bremer, Marina Manager at Southsea Marina comments: “We are delighted with the results of the new and modernised toilet and shower facilities; after many months of planning it is great to see the project completed. I am very pleased that our berth holders are able to make use of the new facilities now for the summer, and I would like to personally thank everyone for their patience while the refurbishment work has taken place.”
