Premier Marinas Receives Gold Award Accreditation
Premier Marinas is delighted to announce that its been awarded the Investors in People (LIP) Gold accreditation. Having achieved Silver accreditation in February 2016, Premier Marinas is proud to have achieved Gold accreditation in such a short space of time.
The Gold standard review was carried out earlier this year across Premier Marinas’ nine sites and resulted in the previous award of Silver being uplifted to Gold.
After visiting Premier Marinas Head Office in Swanwick Marina, Investors in People Assessor, Margaret Faulkner, made the following comments:
“Everyone at every site that I visited certainly came across as approachable and open and honest. The interviews confirmed that people feel very strongly about delivering high standards of customer service and work together to ensure that they are maintained. The majority of staff really appreciated having what they called “an enjoyable place to work”.
Pete Bradshaw, CEO added: “We are delighted to receive such a positive report which demonstrates the progress we have made in our people management standards. We have a talented team of people and as a company we can be very proud of this external recognition”.
Premier Marinas welcomes the Investors in People Award as a tool to help support the growth and success of staff members across its nine marinas. Seven million employees in over 35,000 organisations have achieved Investors in People accreditation and this award continues to help companies stand out from competitors and attract and retain the most talented people.
