MyPremier - Electric Online Top-up Maximum Increased to £200
Using your MyPremier account is the easiest way to manage your electricity account with Premier. Based on customer feedback, we have recently increased the maximum top-up from £100 to £200 – ideal for those that like to do one large top-up to set up for the season.
If you haven’t topped up online before, the whole process can be done in just a couple of minutes via an internet connection. Follow these five simple steps to check, and top up your electricity account:
Step 1: Log on to your MyPremier account. If you have not yet set up your MyPremier account, you can do so here.
Step 2: Once in your MyPremier account, on the left hand side you will find a ‘Manage My Account’ section. Under here you will see ‘Manage Electricity’ – click on this to view your electricity account. On here you will see your current balance, a PIN reminder and an option to ‘Top Up Account’.
Step 3: You have three different options for your top up; select either the minimum £10, maximum £200 or there is a drop down box to select other amounts in between. Simply choose your preferred amount then click ‘Top Up Now’.
Step 4: You will be asked to enter your payment details, using a Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card, enter your details then click ‘Pay Now’.
Step 5: Once the top up has been applied to your electric account, you will receive a confirmation of your top-up and your new balance.
From here you can head back onto your MyPremier homepage to manage your account, book boatyard services, update your contact preferences and report a maintenance issue along with much more including viewing upcoming events and weather at your marina.
