Final Stages for New Sales Pavilion
The build of the new boat sales pavilion, “The Saltings” at Swanwick Marina is nearing completion.
The development provides 14 high quality units which will be the new home to businesses including Ancasta International Boat Sales, Clipper Marine, Fleming Yachts, MiCats, Nautor’s Swan, Nordhavn, Pearl Yachts, Princess Yachts, Sanlorenzo Yachts and Sunseeker International.
With such a unique representation of so many global brands in one location, the businesses are excited to move into their new units and begin creating their personalised office and showroom spaces for their customers. Pearl Yachts, a UK-based motor yacht brand renowned for producing high-quality flybridge yachts, will also be joining the line-up.
“We have many reasons to celebrate at present with a record order book and an exciting product range,” says Iain Smallridge, Managing Director of Pearl Yachts. “Customer service is always at the heart of Pearl's reputation and the opening of a new Sales and After Sales Office in Swanwick will enhance that, with capacity to better serve our network and, ultimately, our customers. Expanding our presence here is important to keep the brand's British soul, even as we become increasingly international. We're all excited for the opening.”
Graham Bristowe, General Manager at Swanwick Marina reflects on the project: “This will be yet another stage in the regeneration of Swanwick Marina and will be followed by the final stage - the development of a new restaurant and a berth holders’ lounge. This current development always aimed to to facilitate the specific needs of our existing businesses as well as introducing exciting new brands to the marina, and we are now incredibly close to achieving our vision.”
