Ben Lippiett
General Manager
Ben has been running Haslar for several years, with a background in Maritime Studies and Water Based Leisure Management, he is perfect for the role. Ben loves being out on the water and spends as much time as possible outdoors. In his spare time, he is a keen runner as well as cyclist and is also an accomplished guitar player.
Colin McLean
Duty Manager
Colin has a wealth of nautical knowledge, from serving as a submariner, to restoring his beloved Westerly ‘Seatangle III’, teaching at the Gosport Sea Cadets whilst also being an RYA Powerboat instructor. There is very little he doesn't know about motor and sail boats alike and is happy to share this with those around him.
Mark Seaney
Duty Manager
Mark joined Premier Marinas at Universal in September 2022 as a Marina Operative, quickly making a positive impact and stepping up to support the team in a temporary Duty Manager role. In July 2025, he was promoted to full-time Duty Manager at Trafalgar Wharf, before stepping into another Duty Manager position at Haslar Marina. Before joining Premier, Mark gained a wealth of hands-on experience across various roles — including delivering boats for a local sales company, working as a fire protection engineer, and co-running an engineering business with his father. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time on the water aboard his motorboat with his wife and their dogs. He's also likes to unwind with video games.
Ryan Deane
Marina Operative
Known at the marina as Deano. He is a seasoned Marina Operative with an impressive 11-year tenure at Haslar Marina. Renowned for his exceptional care of berth holders and visitors alike, he excels in ensuring their needs are met with precision and warmth. With a passion for boats cultivated over years of sailing experience, Deano adeptly handles onshore and offshore challenges and is known for his affable nature.
Luke Fox
Marina Operative
Luke is one of our Marina Operatives, joining the team after serving in the Royal Navy. Outside of his role at the marina, he enjoys staying active through fitness, regularly visiting the gym. Luke is also a talented artist, specialising in watercolour portraits of pets and wildlife.
Immi Marlow
Marina Operative
Immi joined our team in June 2024, shortly after completing her studies in Marketing at Bournemouth University. As our Marketing Champion and Marina Operative, Immi brings a unique blend of expertise.
Johnny Walters
Marina Operative
Johnny has been working with us at Haslar for a number of years, starting as a marina assistant, progressing to working as a junior yacht broker at boatpoint and now is a valued member of the berthing team.
