Corey Diaper
Trafalgar Wharf Manager
Corey has been working for Premier since 2007, starting as an apprentice at Southsea Marina and working his way up to Duty Manager at Southsea and then Chichester Marina before moving to Trafalgar Wharf as part of Premier's acquisition of the site in 2023. Outside of work Corey is a keen sailor, having also previously been an RYA instructor and enjoys any excuse to be out on the water.
Elliott Hall
Duty Manager
Elliott has worked at Trafalgar Wharf for 6 years, starting as a Marina Operative before taking on more responsibility as Duty Manager. In his time here, he has completed banksman, forklift and powerboat instructor certifications. Outside of work, Elliott volunteers for a cadets group organising camping, team building and watersport activities and he also enjoys playing hockey.
Alfie Stuckey
Duty Manager
Alfie has been working for Premier since 2019, starting at Chichester Marina as a Seasonal before joining full time in 2022 as a Marina Operative and now brings this experience into his role here as Duty Manager. While at Chichester, Alfie was known as the onsite quizmaster, holding multiple berth holder quiz nights. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling having spent 2 months exploring South East Asia as well as dingy sailing, motorsports and walking his 2 dogs, Flossy and Peggy.
Gabby Wood
Customer Service Advisor
Gabby has been working at Trafalgar Wharf for the last couple of years after leaving the superyacht industry to start a family. Gabby now has two little boys that love coming to watch the boats lift in and out. When Gabby isn't working, she enjoys baking, travelling and spending long days at the beach.
Helen Darlington
Customer Service Advisor
Helen joined the Trafalgar Wharf team in August 2023 as a Customer Service Advisor, following a long career in business management and development and looking to be in a customer-focused role again. Away from work, Helen is busy restoring a period property with her husband Simon, but also loves to spend time with her family, in the garden or with her nose in a good book.
Jamie Savill
Customer Service Advisor
Jamie is a longstanding member of the Premier Marinas family, having worked at both Gosport and Port Solent marinas and is looking forward to this next chapter at Trafalgar Wharf. Due to his experience, Jamie has been heavily involved in supporting the marina teams at Haslar, East Cowes and Weymouth as they integrate into the Premier network, helping our new colleagues settle in and learn our systems. Outside of work, he enjoys listening to records, 3D printing, playing bass guitar and working on design projects. A keen follower of music and space movies, he enjoys live shows and supporting independent artists.
Gary Walker
Marina Operative
Gary has been at Trafalgar Wharf for nearly 3 years, working hard to gain an array of certifications including Banksman/Slinger, Forklift, Merlo Telehandler and Powered Access Platform. Outside of work, Gary enjoys golf, married life and walking his dog, 'Snoop'.
Phil Weight
Lifting Technician
Phil has been working at Trafalgar since 2010, having started as a Yard Operative and now working as a Lifting Technician. In his spare time, Phil enjoys wildlife photography, is a keen drummer and enjoys spending time with his young family exploring the outdoors.
Justin Blair
Marina Operative
Justin has been working at Premier since the summer of 2024 following a career working in manufacturing within the glass industry and is now enjoying the change to working by the water and with boats. He loves being around the water, especially going kayaking and is a family man with two grown up children and loves walking with his golden retriever.
Ben Murphy
Dry Stack Operative
Ben has been at Trafalgar Wharf since April 2024 when he joined as a seasonal. Since then, he has worked at Trafalgar, Port Solent and Southsea later becoming a full time Dry Stack Operative in January 2025. In his spare time, he enjoys music from many genres and even taught himself to play the guitar. He is also a huge motorsport fan, having visited countless races and events such as the British Grand Prix and Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Hannah Young
Trafalgar House Serviced Office Administrator
Hannah joined the Trafalgar Wharf team in March 2024 as the Serviced Office Administrator at Trafalgar House, having previously worked in marketing within the marine industry. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband and walking their spaniel ‘Rags’. Having grown up around boats, Hannah spends as much time as she can out on the water and enjoys travelling, skiing, and hiking.
Sandra Foderingham - Customer Liaison
Sandra has worked at Trafalgar Wharf since 2020, having worked in travel and pharmaceutical industries for over 30 years. Sandra spends most of her spare time walking her 2 high energy rescue dogs, Poppet and Bear.
Trevor Simmons - Night Marina Operative
Trevor has been at Trafalgar since 2024 and is a veteran of 23 years in the Royal Navy as a radar operator, with service in the Falklands, the Adriatic, and the Persian Gulf. After retiring in '99, he took the natural progression from in front of the bar to behind it as a publican in Petersfield for 12 years, running the Royal Oak and the George and Dragon, before returning to work for the Royal Navy as a training assistant for a further 12 years. He now finds himself working at Trafalgar Wharf as one of two extremely talented Night Operatives.
Mark R Buckley - Dry Stack Operative
Mark started at Trafalgar Wharf in 2025 as a Night Marina Operative before joining the day team as a Dry Stack Operative in May 2026. Outside of work, Mark enjoys fitness especially running and setting himself new challenges.
