Falmouth Welcomes Two New Staff
This season brings exciting changes at Falmouth Marina with two new staff members joining the team.
We are delighted to welcome Adam Sullivan as Falmouth’s new Dockmaster, who joins from Baileys Country Store, where he has worked since he was 14 years old and rose through the ranks to become a manager. In his new role with Premier, Adam is responsible for overseeing the berthing of boats within the marina, boatyard operations and also being on hand to assist the Falmouth team with customer service.
“I'm really enjoying being a member of the Falmouth Marina team and learning more about the day-to-day operations of the boatyard and marina; I feel like I'm settling in nicely,” Adam said. I have a little motorboat that I recently refurbished and like fishing in it - Falmouth is the ideal location for this.”
Mark Evans, Marina Manager added: “We know Baileys Country Store has a great reputation for outstanding, friendly customer service so knew Adam would fit in well and bring something extra to the team. He is really keen to learn and is great with the customers and he’s given the entire team a lift as we’ve transitioned out of lockdown.”
Henry Yannaghas, who many berth holders will recognise as a regular seasonal staff member from the last two years, has also returned for the summer season. We're pleased to have him back on site, helping out on the fuel dock and in other areas of the marina.
