Andrew Collumbell
Marina Manager
Since joining Premier Marinas in 1997 Andrew has undertaken a variety of roles, including managerial at many of Premier’s sites and the company’s head office. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his children, in his VW campervan or race-tuned car.
Henry Liddell
Boatyard Manager
Henry joined the Chichester Marina team in 2022 as a Duty Manager before moving to Boatyard Manager in 2026. Prior to that, he was working out in Dubai where he was lucky enough to be out on the water most weekends either racing or simply sailing for pleasure on a variety of dinghies and yachts.
Sergey
Duty Manager
Sergey joined Premier in 2024 as a Marina and Boatyard Operative at Southsea Marina before progressing to Duty Manager at Chichester Marina. He brings extensive hands-on marina industry experience, having previously held senior management and leadership roles in the Middle East, where he managed marina operations across the region. In his free time, Sergey enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and making the most of the outdoors.
Annabelle Kosa
Boatyard Supervisor
Annabelle joined Premier in 2021, starting in a seasonal role before progressing to Customer Service Advisor and eventually to Boatyard Supervisor at Chichester. With a diverse background in customer-facing roles across both the hospitality and construction industries, Annabelle brings a unique blend of experience to her role. She is also a qualified dance teacher, and in her down time enjoys horse riding, baking and being by the water.
