About Port Solent Marina

First-class facilities aside, Port Solent Marina also makes a great start point from which to experience boating in the Solent. From this marina, you can easily reach Portsmouth's Historic Dockyard, explore the natural beauty of Chichester Harbour, visit the famous yacht havens on the Isle of Wight, or venture further afield to Beaulieu, Lymington or Poole.
Time spent in the south coast marina is good too, as there's lots for the entire family to enjoy: a David Lloyd Health Club, a multiplex cinema, an eclectic mix of shops and a children's playground. If you like to stretch your legs, there are also walks on the open land to the south of the marina or, just a short stroll away, you'll find Portchester Castle, a medieval castle set within the walls of a 3rd century Roman fort.
Not just a great place to berth your boat on an annual basis, Port Solent Marina's sheltered waters also make the marina ideal for winter storage afloat and boat repairs. Working alongside a raft of marine service tenants, Premier Marinas offers a fully serviced boatyard for lift, wash and block off services and with room ashore to store up to 500 boats plus a good sized boatshed for delicate technical work. New bigger boat berths at the South Coast marina now accommodate boats up to 24m on hammerheads and 17m on finger pontoons.
