Fuel berth and pump out at Swanwick Marina
The self-service fuelling pontoon is open every day and sells diesel and unleaded. Gas is also available from the Marina Reception, we are able to refill canisters or have new ones for purchase.
How To Self-Serve Fuel
To fuel up at Swanwick Marina, simply enter a payment card at the payment point, select the amount of fuel and grade that you require and wait for authorisation of the transaction, remove the nozzle from the pump and begin dispensing fuel. Payment can be made by credit or debit card. There are CCTV cameras overseeing the pumps and a help point intercom situated at the river end of the pontoon along with an emergency stop button.
Berth Holders Fuel at Cost
Berth holders will need to have a red fuel fob to claim fuel at cost discount. The red fuel fob should be held just below the screen until after it has beeped. A message will then appear on the screen, if the fob has been accepted the message will appear in blue, 'Identification card accepted. Your identification card has been accepted'. If the message appears in orange there is a fault and you will need to try again. If the fault continues please use the help intercom.
