Graham Bristowe
General Manager
A manager at Premier since 2007, Graham has a wealth of marine knowledge having previously managed Gosport, Port Solent, Universal and Chichester marinas. He is also a keen runner having compled the Comrades Marathon in South Africa and the Isle of Wight Ultra - 106km in one go around the island, all in aid of Cancer Research.
Amy Lewington
Duty Manager
Amy has worked for Premier Marinas at Swanwick for over 10 years with a previous background in customer service. Amy has a passion for the water and can usually be found at either West Wittering beach or Hill Head with friends and family.
Andy Cloarec
Duty Manager
Andy brings with him a wealth of knowledge from the watersports and marine industry, alongside experience in the world of facilities management, further enhancing his expertise in diverse operational environments. Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending quality time with his family and being on the water, reflecting his passion for marine activities. An avid traveller, Andy has set foot on every continent, with Antarctica and Brazil being among his favourite destinations.
Andy Limburn
Boatyard Supervisor
After joining Swanwick in 1984, Andy has worked as part of the management team since 2022. Having seen the marina’s evolution first-hand, his skills and knowledge are invaluable in helping staff and berth holders alike. Outside work, Andy and his wife are busy with their new home.
In addition, we have a friendly and supportive team across the marina and boatyard who are here to help you.
