Graham Bristowe
General Manager
A manager at Premier since 2007, Graham has a wealth of marine knowledge. He previously managed Gosport, Port Solent and Chichester marinas and currently manages both Premier marinas on the River Hamble - Swanwick and Universal. He is also a keen runner, most recently completing the Comrades Marathon in South Africa.
Amy Lewington
Duty Manager
Amy has worked for Premier Marinas at Swanwick for over 10 years with a previous background in customer service. Amy has a passion for the water and can usually be found at either West Wittering beach or Hill Head with friends and family and is currently on maternity leave.
Andy Limburn
Duty Manager
After joining Swanwick in 1984, Andy was promoted to his current role in 2022. Having seen the marina’s evolution first-hand, his skills and knowledge are invaluable in helping staff and berth holders alike. Outside work, Andy and his wife are busy with their new home.
James Montgomery
Duty Manager
James joins Swanwick from down the river at Universal Marina, where he joined the trusty boatyard lifting team operating the forklift and travel hoist. His experience in the boatyard supported his move working as a Boatyard Administrator and then Duty Manager.
Felicity Field
Customer Service Advisor
Having been around boats her whole life, Felicity has worked for Premier Marinas for over a decade, starting off at Chichester before joining Swanwick. Outside of work she can be found sailing and travelling or spending the time with her husband and dog Wicket.
Ruth Thompson
Customer Service Advisor
Ruth joined the Swanwick Marina team in 2022. Ruth and her husband’s passion for the water and boating has grown over time and they have recently purchased a sailing boat to get the family out on the water.
Jude Brook
Boatyard Administrator
Jude joined the Premier Marinas boatyard team in 2022. She has always enjoyed the water, whether it was swimming for Hampshire, hot holidays, or boating on the River Hamble. She loves socialising with friends and family and runs a local Netball team.
