Andrew Collumbell
Marina Manager
Since joining Premier Marinas in 1997 Andrew has undertaken a variety of roles, including managerial at many of Premier’s sites and the company’s head office. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his children, in his VW campervan or race-tuned car.
Henry Liddell
Duty Manager
Henry joined the Chichester Marina team in 2022. Prior to that, he was working out in Dubai where he was lucky enough to be out on the water most weekends either racing or simply sailing for pleasure on a variety of dinghies and yachts.
Michael Taylor
Duty Manager
Following time covering as Duty Manager at Swanwick Marina, Michael has made the move back to Chichester Marina, bringing with him a lifetime of experience in both the boating world and in management positions. Away from work he is a keen sailor and has had a long-term love and hate relationship with golf!
Vicki Wilson
Customer Service Advisor
Vicki joined Premier Marinas in 2018 with a background in retail management and training, including owning a shop for 10 years. She feels lucky to work in such a beautiful location. She loves going to the theatre, long walks, reading and eating out.
Tina Sutton
Customer Service Advisor
Born and raised in Kenya, Tina comes from a management and administration background. She joined Premier in 2020, becoming full time in 2021. She loves amateur theatre and has directed many productions including pantomimes and murder mysteries.
Annabelle Kosa
Boatyard Supervisor
Annabelle joined Premier in 2021, progressing through different roles. Her previous experience includes customer-facing roles in catering and the construction industry, she also has a dance teaching qualification and enjoys horse riding.
Ned Jones
Lock Operative
Ned joined Premier Marinas in 2019, becoming Chichester’s Lock Keeper in 2022. You always know when he’s on duty as the ropes are coiled up perfectly! He enjoys taking his dog for long walks on the South Downs, travelling and sailing on his father’s 32-foot boat.
Steve Matthews
Marina Operative
Steve has worked as a lock keeper at Chichester Marina for three years. He previously worked all over the world as a scuba diving instructor. A qualified mechanic, he has also worked as a builder. His hobbies include scuba diving, sailing, fishing and kayaking.
