Swanwick Marina is particularly well catered for when it comes to marina services and facilities, including free onsite berth holder parking.
Water and electricity
Both water and electricity are available on the pontoons at Swanwick. Water is free of charge. Electricity is charged on a per unit basis, with visitors receiving a standard complimentary electricity credit for each period of stay with the ability to top up if required.
Luxury showers and toilets
Swanwick Marina’s modern toilet facilities, with individual luxury shower rooms, are secure and accessed by key fobs. These are located below the marina’s reception, with a second facility in the boatyard building.
Laundry
The marina has a laundry room, located on the ground floor of the marina reception building. Tokens for the washing and drying machines are available from reception.
Restaurant and bar
Swanwick’s newly refurbished Boathouse is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. With outdoor seating perfect for balmy summer evenings, beautiful modern dining spaces and its own café offering takeaway coffee and light bites, Boathouse Swanwick combines the beauty of waterside views with relaxed dining.

There are dedicated bins for general waste and recycling across the marina with clear signage. There are also facilities to dispose of hazardous waste such as engine oil, oil filters, electrical items, metal, empty paint tins, oily rags, and batteries.
Pump-out facilities
Swanwick Marina’s holding tank pump-out facility is located on the fuel pontoon. Charges can be found on our price list. Adapters are available from the fuel berth and tokens are purchased from the marina’s reception. Pump performance is better around high tide.
