Hop on the ferry at Kingswear and spend a day exploring the 15th century castle and winding streets of Dartmouth to enjoy travelling back in time.
A bustling naval port, Dartmouth plays host to a variety food and music festivals, royal regattas, arts and crafts as well as theatre shows; there is something going on all year round in this historic naval town. Plus, just 10 minutes away there’s Greenway House and Garden, the beloved holiday home of the famous and much loved author Agatha Christie.
Acquired in March 2016 by Premier Marinas, the vision for Noss on Dart Marina is to transform it into the UK’s finest marina with a vibrant commercial community that will sensitively work alongside the natural beauty of the site to secure the future of the marina for boaters and bring visitors, employment and investment opportunities into the area.
On 23rd June 2017, Premier Marinas submitted its extensive plans to regenerate the 37-acre South Coast Marina and a public exhibition was held in September to share and discuss the proposed plans for the former Philip and Son shipyard and existing Noss on Dart Marina development.
